Terms & Conditions

The essentials

You pay only when your order is confirmed.

If an event is cancelled, you get a 100% refund.

Tickets for a specific date cannot be returned or exchanged if you cannot attend.

Everything else below is detail.

1.Who we are

These terms apply to ticket purchases at pragueclassicalconcerts.com, operated by GLEWARINO s.r.o., Senovážné náměstí 978/23, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. Business ID (IČO): 05636299, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ05636299, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 268030 ("Prague Classical Concerts", "we").

Contact: [email protected], +420 775 304 711.

2.What we do

We are an official ticket partner of Prague venues and event organizers and only sell tickets approved by them. When you buy a ticket, two things happen:

1.

You use our ticketing service. We sell you the ticket, process your payment and provide customer support. This part is our responsibility.

2.

You enter into an agreement with the event organizer. The event itself — the performance, the venue and the entry rules — is staged by the organizer and is the organizer's responsibility.

Although refunds for cancelled events are the organizer's obligation, we handle them for you ourselves so that you never have to chase anyone — see section 7.

3.Ordering and payment

1.

Prices are shown in CZK and include VAT. No fees are added at checkout — you pay the same price as at the box office.

2.

Card payments are processed by the 3D Secure payment gateway of ČSOB bank. Your card details are entered on the bank's secure page only and never reach us.

3.

When you place an order, the amount is only blocked ("on hold") on your card. It is charged once your order is confirmed and your e-Ticket is issued. If your order cannot be confirmed, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

4.

You can also order by e-mail at [email protected] and pay by bank transfer or PayPal; tickets are sent once we receive your payment.

4.Your e-Ticket

1.

Your e-Ticket is delivered by e-mail as a PDF, within 24 hours of your booking (for same-day bookings no later than 2 hours before the event).

2.

Show it on your phone at the entrance, or bring a printout if you prefer.

3.

The e-Ticket is personalized and non-transferable and may not be copied, altered or resold. A copied or altered ticket is invalid and entry will be refused without a refund; the venue may ask for an ID matching the ticket holder's name.

4.

If your e-Ticket does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

5.Attending the event

1.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. Latecomers may be refused entry or seated later without a right to a refund.

2.

At the venue, please follow the rules of the venue and the organizer. Photography and recording are usually not permitted.

3.

If you buy a discounted ticket (children, students, seniors), proof of eligibility may be required at the entrance. Discounted children's tickets are only valid when the child is accompanied by an adult.

6.Programme changes

Performances may be subject to changes of cast or programme; such changes do not entitle you to a refund. If the date, time or venue of the event changes, your e-Ticket remains valid for the new performance. If the change does not suit you, contact us — we will arrange a full refund or an exchange.

7.Cancelled events

If the organizer cancels an event, we will refund 100% of the ticket price to your original payment method within 14 days. If you prefer, we can instead issue a voucher for another event. Other expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) are not reimbursed.

8.Returns and exchanges

Tickets are sold for a specific date and time. Under Czech law (Section 1837 of the Civil Code), such purchases are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. All bookings are therefore binding: tickets cannot be returned or exchanged if you cannot attend, arrive late, or change your mind.

9.Complaints and disputes

If anything goes wrong, write to [email protected] — we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution provided by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10.Personal data

We process your personal data only to handle your order, as described in our Privacy policy.

11.Final provisions

We are not liable if our website or service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages or other events beyond our control (force majeure).

These terms are governed by Czech law and any disputes will be decided by Czech courts; mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not affected. We may update these terms; your order is always governed by the version effective at the time of purchase.

Effective from 11 July 2026.
