The use for commercial purposes, reproduction and distribution of all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is prohibited.

This website and its content are intended to provide information about cultural events (like a classical concert, ballet, dance, chamber music, opera, operetta, musical, organ concert, sacred music, and traditional music) and allow the booking online. All personal data, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses required for booking, will be used only for this purpose and under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

Discounted children's tickets are only available when accompanied by a parent.

Print your e-Ticket or save it on your portable electronic device and present it, together with the personal ID of the ticket holder, at the entrance or the box office. Admission time is 15 minutes before the performance begins.

At the event's premises, the ticket holder (customer) shall comply with the rules and conditions of the venue and the organizer of the event. In addition, the customer confirms that he/she will comply with the currently valid epidemiological regulations when visiting the event by purchasing a ticket.

Performances are subject to changes of cast, date, program, and such modifications shall not create an entitlement to return admission tickets. In the case of cancellation of the event, the ticket holder must apply for a ticket refund without delay. Prague Classical Concerts will refund 100% of the ticket price within two weeks. Reimbursement of other expenses (accommodation, transport, shipping, and others) shall not be granted.

If the event is canceled due to force majeure (vis major), e.g. Covid situation, the ticket will not be refunded. The customer will be provided with a voucher to select a replacement date for the performance.

Purchased tickets are not returned or exchanged. As all bookings are binding and the ticket purchase results in a contractual agreement exclusively between the customer and the respective event organizer, the customer has no right to withdraw from his or her order for whatever reason. Likewise, if the customer cannot attend the event (in time), he/she has no right to any reimbursement.

The network operator Prague Classical Concerts operates as a provider of services between the organizer, and the customer is not responsible for the organizer or any event. The contractual relationship is established between the organizer and the ticket holder (customer). The organizer reserves the right to change the prices in the network Prague Classical Concerts without giving any reason.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club. You can also book your tickets by our email [email protected], and you can pay by bank transfer. Your tickets will be sent to you as soon as we receive your payment.

Business of Prague Classical Concerts is conducted in the territory of the Czech Republic and under the Czech business code. For an accurate reading, please refer to the exact version of online shopping law - 367/2000 of the Czech Republic and the European Parliament and Council directives 97/7/E on consumer protection with long-distance contracts. Prague is the place of performance. The appropriate court gives the court of jurisdiction in point in Prague.

Prague Classical Concerts reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without explanation. Changes do not apply to already processed orders or offers.
