How ordering works
Choose your concert, click "Buy Tickets" and complete your order and payment. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Your payment stays "on hold" until your e-Ticket is issued.
As soon as the event organizer confirms your order, we send you your e-Ticket by e-mail — within 24 hours, or no later than two hours before the event if you book on the day of the concert.
At the entrance, show your e-Ticket on your phone or printed.
Tickets & Delivery
Your e-Ticket will be sent by email as a PDF attachment. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your payment is completed. For some events, the event organizer must confirm your order before we can issue the e-Ticket.
Your e-Ticket will be delivered to you no later than 24 hours after booking — or, if you order on the day of the event, no later than two hours before it starts. At the entrance or box office, present your e-Ticket on your phone or printed.
First, please check your spam folder — e-Tickets sometimes end up there, especially with Hotmail and Outlook addresses.
If your e-Ticket has not arrived within 24 hours of booking, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend it.
You don't have to print your e-Ticket — you can simply show it on your phone at the entrance.
Seats & Prices
For events with assigned seating, you choose a ticket category when ordering — a seating plan is available on the concert page. You will receive the best available seats in your category at the time of purchase, and your party will be seated together.
If there is no assigned seating, you choose your seats at the venue according to your ticket category. We recommend arriving early to select good seats.
If a concert offers reduced prices for children, students, or seniors, you will find these categories directly on the concert page.
The exact age limits for children, students, and seniors vary slightly from concert to concert — you will always find them in the Important Information section on each concert page.
For groups of 10 or more, send us an email at [email protected] with the number of people and the event you would like to attend, and we will respond with an individual offer.
No. We guarantee the same ticket prices as at the box office — no additional fees are charged.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by a secure banking gateway — we never see your card details.
If you prefer a bank transfer or PayPal, see Can I order without a credit card?
When you place your order, the amount is only blocked ("on hold") on your card — nothing is charged yet. The payment is completed once the event organizer confirms your order and your e-Ticket is issued, usually within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.
If your order cannot be confirmed, the hold is released automatically and no money is taken from your account.
Yes. Write to us at [email protected] and we will arrange payment by bank transfer or PayPal (we will send you a PayPal payment request). Your tickets will be sent as soon as we receive your payment.
Ordering
Add your first category to the cart: on the concert page, choose the category and the number of tickets and click "Buy tickets".
Then, in your cart, click "Add Another Ticket" — you will return to the concert page, where you can add another category the same way. You can repeat this as many times as you need.
You can also change the category or the number of tickets of any item directly in your cart.
Prague Classical Concerts is an official ticket partner for all performances offered through the portal. We only sell tickets that are approved by our partners and the concert organizers. We have a strict privacy policy that protects your data, and our order processes meet the high standards set for online shops.

Cancellations & Refunds
In the rare event that the organizer of your chosen event should cancel the performance, Prague Classical Concerts will refund 100% of your ticket. For more info, see our Terms and Conditions.
Your e-Ticket remains valid for the new date. If the new date or time does not suit you, contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange a full refund.
Under EU consumer law, tickets for live events are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, so all bookings are binding and refunds are not available for personal cancellations.
Refunds are only available if the organizer cancels the event or moves it to a date that does not suit you — see the questions above. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions.
Send us an email at [email protected] and we will check with our payment provider and our accounting department that the refund has been made.
Dress Code
There is no dress code for most classical music concerts in Prague, but for the large symphonic concerts in Smetana Hall (Municipal House) and Dvorak Hall (Rudolfinum), wearing smart casual is recommended. In the summertime, wearing long trousers and covering your shoulders is advised when attending a concert in church or a synagogue.
