Official ticket partner
We have been selling hand-picked classical concerts in Prague since 2016, and we only sell tickets approved by the venues and the concert organizers. Prague Classical Concerts is operated by GLEWARINO s.r.o., a company registered in Prague (Business ID: 05636299) — you can find full company details on our Contact page.
Secure card payments
Payments are processed by the 3D Secure payment gateway of ČSOB, one of the largest Czech banks. You enter your card details on the bank's secure page only — they never reach our website and we cannot see or store them.
You pay only when your order is confirmed
When you place an order, the amount is only blocked ("on hold") on your card. It is charged once your order is confirmed and your e-Ticket is issued. If an order cannot be confirmed, the hold is automatically released and you pay nothing.
No hidden fees
You pay the same price as at the box office — no extra fees are added at checkout.
100% refund if the event is cancelled
