Privacy Policy

We only collect the data we need to sell you a ticket, and we never sell your data to anyone. This page explains the details, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The essentials

We only collect what we need to process your order and send your e-Ticket.

Your card number never reaches us — you enter it on the bank's secure gateway.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

Everything else below is detail.

1.Who processes your data

GLEWARINO s.r.o., Senovážné náměstí 978/23, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Business ID (IČO): 05636299, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 268030 — the operator of pragueclassicalconcerts.com ("we").

Contact: [email protected], +420 775 304 711.

2.What we collect and why

1.

Order details — your name, country, e-mail address and phone number (optional). We need them to process your order, deliver your e-Ticket and provide customer support (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the related billing records because tax and accounting laws require it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

2.

Payment details — your card number never reaches us. You enter it directly on the secure payment gateway of ČSOB bank (or with PayPal), and we only receive the result of the payment.

3.

Website statistics and advertising (cookies) — with your consent, we use cookies for aggregated statistics about how our website is used and to measure whether our advertising on Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) brings visitors to our site (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can allow, refuse or change optional cookies at any time via "Manage cookie preferences" in the footer.

3.Who we share your data with

The event organizer receives your name, surname and order number, so that your seat and your entry are guaranteed.

Our service providers — payment gateway, web hosting, accounting and analytics — process data only under our instructions.

Public authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data. Some analytics and advertising services (Google, Meta) may process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards.

4.How long we keep your data

For as long as the rights and obligations from your purchase last, and afterwards only for the archiving periods required by tax and accounting law — never longer.

5.Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, its transfer, or you can object to the processing — just write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

Providing your order details is a condition of buying a ticket — without them, we cannot conclude or fulfil the purchase. We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
