Add your first category of the chosen event to your cart by clicking the "Buy Tickets" button on the event page.
Then select "Add another ticket" in the cart. You are forwarded back to your chosen event, and you can add another category and proof it by clicking the "Buy Tickets" button.
Now you have both chosen categories in your cart.
You can repeat this process and buy more categories.
For events with assigned seating, you can choose a ticket category when you order your tickets. You will receive the best available seats at the time of purchase, and your party will be seated together.
If there is no assigned seating, you will choose your seats yourself at the venue, according to your ticket category. We recommend that you arrive early in order to select good seats.
We are pleased to offer reduced ticket prices for groups of 10 or more. Send us an email [email protected] with the number of people and the event you would like to attend, and we will respond with an individual offer.
If we offer a reduced category for children, students, or seniors, you will find it in the detail of the concert.
You can also book your tickets by our email [email protected] where you can pay via bank transfer. Your tickets will be sent to you as soon as we receive your payment.
For credit card payments, you will only be charged after your e-Ticket has been delivered. If there is a delay in the confirmation of your order, the payment will be set "on hold" until we are able to issue an e-Ticket. Confirmation usually follows within hours, no later than 24 hours. If the waiting period exceeds seven days, the "on hold" status will automatically be released.
We guarantee the same price of tickets as prices at the box office. No further fees are charged.
Please send us an email to [email protected] and we will consult our payment provider and our accounting department to ensure that the refund has been made.
Your e-Ticket will be sent by email as a PDF file attachment. On the day of the performance, you will need to present your e-Ticket (printed or from your portable electronic device) at the entrance or box office of the event.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your booking. For some events, confirmation is required from the event organizer, before we can issue the e-Ticket. Your e-Ticket will be delivered you no later than 24 hours after making your booking. If you place your order on the day of the event, the e-Ticket will be delivered you no later than two hours before the event.
If your e-Ticket does not arrive by email within 24 hours after your booking, please contact us by email [email protected].

There is no dress code for most classical music concerts in Prague, but for the large symphonic concerts in Smetana Hall (Municipal House) and Dvorak Hall (Rudolfinum), wearing smart casual is recommended. In the summertime, wearing long trousers and covering your shoulders is advised when attending a concert in church or a synagogue.
