The royal sound of trumpet and organ — Bach, Händel and favourite melodies from the movies in St. Nicholas Church on Prague's Old Town Square.
The solo trumpeter of the Prague State Opera and a leading Czech organist pair the festive brilliance of the trumpet with the mighty sound of the St. Nicholas organ — great baroque and classical works alongside favourite melodies from movies and musicals.
St. Nicholas Church on the Old Town Square, built in 1732–1737 to the plans of Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, is famous for some of the finest acoustics in Prague — and classical concerts here are a long and popular tradition.
