The Spanish Synagogue stands in the very heart of Prague’s historic Jewish Quarter and is widely regarded as the most beautiful synagogue in Europe. Built in 1868 in the stunning Moorish Revival style, it replaced the Old School (Altshul) - the oldest synagogue in the Prague ghetto.
