About the concert

Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Sarasate's Gypsy Airs in the magnificent Smetana Hall of Prague's Municipal House.

The Smetana Hall is the most beautiful concert hall in Prague and the main hall of the Municipal House. Built in 1912 on the site of the former Royal Court, this Art Nouveau jewel — a blend of neo-Baroque, neo-Renaissance, Western and Oriental influences — is one of the main stages of the world-famous Prague Spring Festival. It was here that the independent Czechoslovak Republic was proclaimed in 1918.

Beneath its stained-glass ceiling, gilded lamps and magnificent organ, immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Smetana Hall for an unforgettable musical evening in the heart of Prague.
