Christmas carols from around the world by candlelight – the Cancioneta Praga choir in St. Nicholas Church on Old Town Square.
The award-winning women's choir Cancioneta Praga, led by chorus master Lukáš Jindřich and accompanied on the piano by Lenka Navrátilová, sings famous Christmas songs and carols from around the world in their original languages – from Adeste Fideles and Silent Night to John Lennon's Happy Xmas – together with Ave Maria and American spirituals.
St. Nicholas Church on the Old Town Square is renowned for its breathtaking Baroque interior and some of the finest acoustics in Prague – classical concerts beneath Asam's frescoes are a long and popular tradition here.

Cancioneta Praga, founded in 2010, brings together singers from leading Prague children's choirs (Bambini di Praga, Radost Praha and others). The choir has won two international music festivals – the Prize for the Most Popular Choir and the Trophy for the Absolute Winner in Malgrat de Mar (Spain), and the title of Absolute Winner at the International Music Festival Canti veris Praga 2012 – and has toured Germany with great success.
