Great Music in a Great Space – St. Nicholas Church
A mesmerising evening of sacred and classical masterpieces for mezzo-soprano and organ in the beautiful Baroque setting of St. Nicholas Church on Old Town Square.
Leading National Theatre mezzo-soprano Yvona Škvárová, accompanied by organ, performs beloved works by Bach, Händel, Vivaldi, Mozart and Dvořák beneath the vaults of one of Prague's most striking Baroque churches, renowned for its breathtaking interior and excellent acoustics. The programme is performed by carefully selected artists, many of whom also appear at the National Theatre and the Prague State Opera.
