An intimate chamber concert of Czech and world classical favourites in the tranquil medieval Church of St. Martin in the Wall.

The Old Prague Music Ensemble — a string quartet of seasoned Prague musicians — performs beloved works by Smetana, Dvořák, Vivaldi, Bach and more in one of the city's most atmospheric hidden churches, right in the heart of Prague yet away from the crowds.

The Church of St. Martin in the Wall is a unique work of medieval architecture — its name reflects the fact that one of its walls borders directly with the adjacent house. Its Romanesque core dates from the 12th century and was later modified in Gothic and Baroque styles; the famous Baroque sculptor Ferdinand M. Brokoff is buried here.
