The information we collect on our site is divided into two categories: (1) personal information you provide when you order a ticket, and (2) tracking information we collect as you browse our site.

  1. We use personal information to process your order. This includes your first name, last name, country, email address, and phone number (optional).
  2. Aggregate Information; When you use our site, we may collect tracking information such as the type of browser you use, the type of operating system you use, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and the pages you visit on the site. None of this information identifies you personally; we collect it for the purpose of reporting site activity in the aggregate.

By ordering the tickets (checking the box before submitting the order), you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter a) of the GDPR.

Other reasons for processing your personal data are

  • according to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the GDPR - to enter into a contract with you,
  • according to Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter c) of the GDPR - to comply with generally binding legal regulations.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations arising from the contract and for the period required for archiving, in accordance with the applicable generally binding legal regulations.

In order to guarantee the reservation of a seat and the right to participate in the concert, we provide the concert organizer with your name, surname and order number.
